We all look alike, especially at events like graduations. Like this one where Kailey (second from the left) graduated from the 8th grade. Don’t let the smiles fool you. We were sitting on bleachers right under the speakers. We were pissed. Really pissed.

I visited my sister in Santa Barbara over the weekend and we drove down to Los Angeles to spend the 4th with my parents. On the way down we stopped on the side of the PCH and bought strawberries from a woman with nothing but a minivan full of strawberries and a hand painted sign. I am not usually a fan of this particular fruit, but these were AMAZING. Like fucking fantastic. So I naturally immortalized them with a picture.

Alex and I recent discovered the Something Store. Basically, you pay $10 and this company sends you something random. They don’t ask you if you are male or female, old or young, or if you are batshit crazy or sane. Because you obviously are batshit crazy if you’re willing to fork over $10 to get something shipped to you that you didn’t ask for.

Alex and I got a few things. Most of them were sunglasses, which is nice except for the fact that we can’t see without very heavy prescriptions in our sunglasses. But then we just got this glorious thing, a thing that you crack open and grow a plant it. Ours is mint. It is totally random and weird and it made me so happy that I didn’t think I was so batshit crazy for buying something from the Something Store.

So my little little sister, Kailey, is super athletic and popular and basically the girl you hated in middle school. We went to the Santa Monica pier last Spring she got hooked up to this bungy cord thingy and spent 5 minutes hopping around like a little, blonde madwoman. She’s so cute and cuddly, yet at the same time so badass.

I took a lot of pictures in Mexico, and it is raining here. The sun in the pictures makes me feel like I’m back in Los Angeles.

Alex, Alex’s mom, and myself took a taxi deep into the heart of Puerta Vallerta. Along the way, Alex and I took as many pictures as we could while the scenery was whizzing by. This was one of the best pictures from that taxi ride.

Check out this sweet ride. No, it’s not mine. Mine is an $80 red cruiser from the mid to late 80s. I found it on Craigslist after my SUPER SWEET ride was stolen over the summer.

My mother is so cute. Almost as cute as my little brother. Is that backwards? You should hear her talk. But don’t try to tell her she has an accent. She may look tiny and blonde, but don’t let that fool you. She can hurt you.

You know why I LOVE having a blog? Because I can put up pictures of my cat.

The cuteness of a girl is directly related to how much he cares about hearing about the girl’s cat. However, at some level, it doesn’t matter how cute the freakin’ girl is, he doesn’t want to hear about her cat.
